Lillianna Iorfino joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an Associate in 2024 and concentrates her practice on ERISA, labor, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, Lillianna worked at a mid-sized firm in the commercial litigation group, where she worked on a wide range of complex commercial and civil matters, such as contract disputes, business torts, as well as state and federal employment cases primarily involving restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, ADA compliance and breach of contract.
Lillianna earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and received her undergraduate degree from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. At Brooklyn Law School, Lillianna was the Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. She was a Barry L. Zaretsky Bankruptcy Fellow and a Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest Fellow. She received the Lisle Merit Scholarship, a CALI Award for her Litigation Writing Class and the Brooklyn Law School Silver Public Service Award. During her time at Brooklyn Law School, Lillianna also interned at the Eastern District Court, the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court and the Eastern District United States Attorney’s Office.
