V&A was proud to sponsor an undergraduate intern through the Cornell ILR School’s NYC High Road Fellowship program this summer.  High Road Fellows spend eight weeks in NYC learning practical civic engagement and leadership methods at their internship sites and weekly cohort workshops focused on critical reflection, professional networking, and peer-to-peer collaboration at ILR's NYC office.  Angelina Kostanian, Cornell ILR ’26, work at V&A and performed legal research on numerous issues for V&A’s attorneys, learned from and assisted V&A’s paralegals, and performed data analysis and Russian translation.  Ms. Kostanian (left) is pictured with V&A partner Maura Moosnick, Cornell ILR ’16.
